HiQLCD 1.3.0 contains 32,609 datasets (CUT_OFF), a net increase of 1,228 over 1.2.0. It adds electricity, chemical and electrical-equipment data and revises existing inventories and documentation for steel, photovoltaic products and waste treatment.

• Electric Power: Adds 103 datasets, with representative reference products 电力，中高压; 电力，不指定电压; 燃煤发电厂. Another 988 retained datasets have their representative start year revised to 2022.

• Chemicals: Adds 1,159 datasets, with representative reference products 盐酸; 硫酸铵; ABS树脂; PET树脂; PE树脂.

• Electrical Equipment: Adds 99 datasets, with representative reference products 特种电缆,水冷型; 电力电缆,不指定类型; 计算机电缆.

• Steel: Revises core inventory fields in 245 retained datasets, with representative reference products 蒸汽; 钢坯, 碳钢; 生铁; 电力，钢厂; 石膏.
